Notice is hereby given that the Board of Uinta County Commissioners will hold a public meeting to receive public comment regarding a proposed text amendment to the Uinta County Land Use and Subdivision Resolutions. The amendment is in relation to the submittal dates prior to general meetings of the commission to meet advertising requirements and constraints.
A public meeting on this matter will be held before the Board of Uinta County Commissioners on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers of the Uinta County Complex, Evanston, Wyoming.

HE 164 A request by Heritage Chevrolet Buick GMC of Evanston for a Height Exception to allow a flagpole structure to exceed the maximum height limitation of 35 feet for principal uses located at 624 Front Street, Evanston, Wyoming, which is zoned Regional Business-Developing (RB-D). The applicant is proposing to install a 50-foot-tall flagpole structure. (Section 24-16 F. (8) and Section 24-33)
CP 165 A request by Amanda Betts for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a home occupation (beauty salon) that will generate business traffic for property located at 142 Hunt Avenue, Evanston, Wyoming, which is zoned Low Density Residential-Established (LR-E). The initial application for the home occupation was not approved by the Planning Department due to a written objection from an adjacent property owner. Ms. Betts has requested a review of the home occupation by the Planning and Zoning Commission. (Section 24-43 A. (10))
