NOTICE OF CLOSURE

Notice is hereby given that Uinta County Complex will be closed on January 15th from 11:30 – 3:30 to allow employees to attend the memorial service for Lana Wilcox, who worked in the County Clerk’s Office for many years and served as Uinta County Clerk from 2009 - 2017.  Circuit Court will still be open and court will be in session.

Mortgagee shall have the exclusive right to rescind the foreclosure sale during the redemption period.  In the event that the sale is rescinded or vacated for any reason, the successful purchaser shall only be entitled to a refund of their purchase price and/or statutory interest rate.
