Notice is hereby given that an Executive Session of the Board Trustees for Uinta County School District Number One, State of Wyoming, will be held at 6:00 p.m. on the 23rd day of October, 2019, at the Education Service Center, 537 Tenth Street, Evanston, Wyoming.
The purpose of the meeting is to hold an executive session for a student discipline matter.
Notice is also given that official minutes of each regular meetings of such Board, including a record of all official acts and of all warrants issued are available for inspection by any citizen at the Office of the Clerk of said District at 537 Tenth Street, Evanston, Wyoming, during the regular office hours of 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday.

Second Regular Meeting
October 15, 2019
The official record of proceedings of the second regular meeting of the Evanston City Council for the month of October was held in the Council Chambers of City Hall on the above date. These proceedings were video recorded.
Councilmember Perkes led those in attendance in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
The roll was called and with a quorum being present, City Council President, Evan Perkes called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. and welcomed everyone present.
Those present from the governing body at the start of the meeting were: Councilmembers Tim Lynch, Tib Ottley, Evan Perkes; Mayor, Kent Williams and Councilmember David Welling were present via telephone conference call. Councilmember Mike Sellers and Mikal Welling were excused.
Staff members present at the start of the meeting were: City Attorney, Dennis Boal; City Clerk, Nancy Stevenson; City Treasurer, Trudy Lym; Community Development Director, Rocco O’Neill; Police Chief, Jon Kirby; Public Works Director, Gordon Robinson; Director of Parks and Recreation, Scott Ehlers; and Senior Planner, DuWayne Jacobson. SEALED BIDS for city facilities, key card control system will be received by the City of Evanston at the office of City Clerk located at 1200 Main Street (City Hall), Evanston, Wyoming; until 1 :00 p.m., October 30th, 2019 at which time any and all bids received will be opened and read aloud. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids and accept the bid that is most appropriate after considering all factors. The successful bidder shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary for completing the project.
MATERIALS INCLUDE: IP addressable controllers for 7 buildings, door strikes and proximity card readers for approximately 11 doors, 3 client software licenses appropriate for operating the system, proximity key cards and card printing system, key fob (box of 100), appropriate wiring, conduit, wire molding, batteries, and all other misc. material required to complete the scope of work.
WORK INCLUDES: Provide and install the material required to secure the following buildings with card access;
Roundhouse - Janitors closet, IT Room, and North East Entrance.
Supervisors Building - North Entry
Machine shop - North Entry
Depot - West Entry (glass door)
Beeman Cashin - Main Entry by kitchen
Joss House - Back entry
City Hall- West entry, East Entry, and Admin office door
and all miscellaneous work as necessary to complete the project and educate necessary staff on the proper use of the systems.
VOLUNTARY WALK-THROUGH will be held Wednesday October 23rd, 2019.
Bidding Parties meet at 9:30 am MST, 1200 Main Street, Evanston WY 82930. The completion date for the project shall be December 13th, 2019.
