FINAL SETTLEMENT FOR HIGHWAY WORK
Notice is hereby given that the State Transportation Commission of Wyoming has accepted as completed according to plans, specifications and rules governing the same work performed under that certain contract between the State of Wyoming, acting through said Commission, and Depatco, Inc., The Contractor, on Highway Project Number B183015 in Teton and Uinta Counties, consisting of placed crushed bases, concrete slab replacement and miscellaneous work, and the Contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore; that the Director of the Department of Transportation will cause said Contractor to be paid the full amount due him under said contract on November 16, 2020.

Request for Proposals
Notice is hereby given that Uinta County School District No. 1 and the Wyoming State Construction Department, School Facilities Division have issued a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) from firms/individuals
for Design Services in support of Evanston High School Domestic Water Replacement (“the Project”).
The RFP materials, project information, contract documents, and other important information, will be available for download by visiting the SFD website:

All submitted Proposals shall be sealed and must be received by Uinta County School District No. 1, at
537 10th Street, Evanston, Wy 82930, no later than 3:00 pm on 10/30/2020. Proposals may be delivered in person, via US Postal Service, or via commercial parcel service. Proposals will not be accepted via facsimile transmission, email, or any other electronic or telephonic means. Only such Proposals that have been received by the District at the address, time, and date listed above will be considered.
Uinta County School District No. 1 reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals deemed to be not in the best interests of the School District. The School District further reserves the right to cancel or amend the RFP materials and contract documents at any time and will notify all persons requesting proposal documents accordingly.
