SCHOOL BOARD CANDIDATE COMMUNITY FORUM

Uinta County School District #1 will be conducting a school board candidate forum for the community.  The forum has been scheduled for Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the Education Service Center located at 537 Tenth Street (Boardroom).  The forum will be streamed live and recorded for community members that cannot attend in person.  Each candidate will have time for a short opening and closing statement.  Questions will be collected from school district employees and the community.  Questions will be asked by a moderator, and each candidate will be asked to respond to the questions.  There will be no live interaction between the audience and the candidates.  The forum is scheduled to last ninety minutes.   Anyone in attendance will have to wear masks, and seating will be limited to 50 people.

NOTICE OF COMPLETION AND FINAL PAYMENT FOR City of Evanston, Wyoming

Union Center Sewer Main Extensions

Under the provisions of Wyoming Statutes 16-6-116, last revision, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Evanston Wyoming is advised that the work is completed on the Union Center Sewer Main Extensions, located in Evanston, Wyoming, the same being work performed between BH Inc. of Vernal, Utah and the City of Evanston, and this Contractor is entitled to final settlement.

Therefore, on November 23, 2020, being the 41st day after the first date of advertisement, and in the event that any claim is not filed with The City of Evanston prior to November 23, 2020, the City of Evanston will pay the abovementioned contractor the full amount due under said contract; provided all  punch list and project close-out requirements have been met.

In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Mesa Natural Gas Solutions LLC to remove quantity limits on each make/model of engine, allowing for flexibility to operate 350 engines in any combination of 581 hp Doosan 22L Turbo, 481 hp 18L Turbo, 390 hp Doosan 14L Turbo, 268 hp Doosan 11L Turbo, 201 hp Doosan 8L Turbo, or 118 hp Doosan 8L Naturally Aspirated (NA) engine.  The multiple portable engine fleet will be operated at oil and gas well sites at various locations in Albany, Campbell, Carbon, Converse, Crook, Fremont, Goshen, Johnson, Laramie, Lincoln, Natrona, Niobrara, Park, Platte, Sweetwater, Uinta and Weston counties, Wyoming.
