Gloria Grande Baja, Ate, Lima-Peru, take notice that Tatiana Paucarpura has filed a Complaint for Divorce and petition for Order establishing custody, visitation and child support in her favor in the Wyoming District Court, Third Judicial District, whose address is 225 9th Street, Evanston, WY 82930, in Civil Action No. 20-208.  You are required to answer the Complaint within thirty (30) days after last publication of this notice, failing which judgment by default will be rendered against you and a Decree of Divorce and Order Establishing Custody, Visitation and Support will be granted.

2. The property was taxed in the name of Thomas T. Zollinger

III. The legal description of said property is as follows: 215 Cheyenne Drive, The Meadows BLK 2 LT 15 Evanston, WY

1. The year the property was taxed or assessed was 2014
2. The Application for tax deed by Wayne J. Kimball will be made on or after April 23, 2021. The time for redemption shall expire when a valid tax deed application has been filed and accepted by the county treasurer.
3. No amount of special assessments for local or public improvements are known.

FINAL SETTLEMENT FOR HIGHWAY WORK

Notice is hereby given that the State Transportation Commission of Wyoming has accepted as completed according to plans, specifications and rules governing the same work performed under that certain contract between the State of Wyoming, acting through said Commission, and Cache Valley Electric Co., The Contractor, on Highway Project Number ELECFTR in Uinta County, consisting of installation and removal of service points, and the Contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore; that the Director of the Department of Transportation will cause said Contractor to be paid the full amount due him under said contract on February 1, 2021.

The date of the first publication of this Notice is December 23, 2020.
