The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Questar Gas Company, d/b/a Dominion Energy Wyoming (the Company) to amortize the Energy Efficiency Services deferred account balance, resulting in a decrease of $0.01317 per dekatherm (Dth), effective for usage on and after November 1, 2022. The proposed change is based on customer participation in several energy efficiency programs offered by the Company.
The Company’s proposal results in an annual decrease of $1.19 or 0.13% before taxes, for a typical residential customer using 90 Dth. However, when combined with the Company’s other proposals taking effect on November 1, 2022, the net result is an annual increase of $93.44 or 9.55% before taxes, for a typical residential customer using 90 Dth. The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Questar Gas Company, d/b/a Dominion Energy Wyoming (Dominion Energy or the Company) to pass on a wholesale commodity cost increase of $1.15155 per dekatherm (Dth), effective for usage on and after November 1, 2022. The proposed change is due to an increase in the wholesale commodity price of natural gas, an increase in the Commodity Balancing Account amortization rate, and a small increase in pipeline-related costs.
The Company’s proposal results in a monthly increase of $8.64 or 10.59% before taxes, for a typical residential customer using 7.5 Dth. Sealed bids for Evanston Housing Authority, City of Evanston Curved Way Window Replacement Project located at 32-58 Curved Way will be received until 2:00 P.M. on February 8,2023 and then publicly opened and read aloud at the Evanston Housing Authority office located at 155 Apache Dr.
This project includes 70 windows in 7 duplexes.
Bidding Documents are available at the Evanston Housing Authority office or can be emailed to interested bidders. Email david@evanstonhousing.org for information.
The work shall include all labor, material, equipment, and quality control necessary to complete the turnkey project which, includes removal and disposal of old windows. Install new and apply insulating foam and caulk inside and out, and clean up all debris. Work shall also include, but is not limited to, all incidental items required for the materials to be installed to the material manufacturer’s requirements and the contract documents. Work at the site may begin spring of 2023.
Each Bidder will be required to submit, with their bid, a certified check, or Bid Bond made payable without condition to the Evanston Housing Authority in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the Bidder’s maximum Bid Price as a guarantee that such Bidder will enter into a contract within five (5) days after the date ofthe OWNER’S Notice of Award. --This project will comply with the Davis-Bacon Act.
Evanston Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part of any bid and to waive any formality in any bid, as its best interest may appear.
