NOTICE TO FOOD SERVICE DISTRIBUTORS

Notice is hereby given that Western Wyoming Food Cooperative, consisting of Sweetwater County School District 2, Sweetwater County School District #1, Lincoln County School District #2, Uinta County School District #6, Uinta County School District #4, Sublette County School District #9, Sublette County School District #1, Teton County, C Bar V Ranch and Lincoln County School District #1, has issued a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to Food Service Distributors to provide food and non-food for the 2019-2020 school year.

To receive the bid documents, please contact Linda Martin, Nutrition Service Director, Sweetwater School District #2 at 307-872-5511 or by e-mail at martinl@swcsd2.org.

All submissions must be made electronically through Interflex by 10:00 a.m., April 19, 2019.  Proposals will not be accepted via facsimile transmission, e-mail, or any other electronic or telephonic means. Only such proposals that have been received in Interflex will be considered.

Western Wyoming Food Cooperative reserves the right to reject any and all proposals deemed to be not in the best interests of our school districts. The Cooperative further reserves the right to cancel or amend the RFP materials and contract documents at any time and will notify all persons requesting proposal documents accordingly.

NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT OF FORECLOSURE SALE

WHEREAS, default in the payment of principal and interest has occurred under the terms of a promissory note (the “Note”) dated 06/20/2008 executed and delivered by Rodney Gene Reinholz and Mary C. WHEREAS, the property being foreclosed upon may be subject to other liens and encumbrances that will not be extinguished at the sale. Any prospective purchaser should research the status of title before submitting a bid;

The Uinta County Commissioners met in regular session on March 19, 2019 in the commission chambers, 225 9th Street, Evanston, Wyoming.  Chairman Eric South convened meeting at 2:00 p.m.  Also present were Commissioner Craig Welling, Commissioner Mark Anderson, Amanda Hutchinson, County Clerk and Doug Matthews, Sheriff.

Agenda

Motion Anderson, second Welling to approve the agenda.  3 yes votes, passed.

Board Appointments

Motion Anderson, second Welling to appoint Charlotte Black to a 3-year term on the Bridger Valley Heritage Museum Board.  3 yes votes, passed.

Motion Welling, second Anderson to appoint Alma Harmon to a 3-year term on the Economic Development Commission. 3 yes votes, passed.

VOA Grant Amendment

Motion Welling, second Anderson to approve amendment #2 to the Volunteers of America grant extending the terms of the agreement through June 30, 2019 as presented by Eric Williams, Youth Services Coordinator.  3 yes votes, passed.

Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) MOU

Motion Anderson, second Welling to approve an MOU with DCI defining each agency’s role and designating a Sheriff’s Office employee as a DCI Task Force Officer as presented by Doug Matthews, Sheriff.  3 yes votes, passed.

Mosquito Control Grant Application

Amanda Hutchinson, County Clerk informed the Commissioners Brad Asay is submitting the mosquito control grant application, if the grant is awarded a 50% match from the county will be required and a grant agreement would be presented to the Commissioners for approval.

SLIB Grant Agreement

Motion Welling, second Anderson to approve a grant agreement with the State Loan and Investment Board for $33,775 to help pay for new livestock pens at the fairgrounds as requested by Amanda Hutchinson, County Clerk.  3 yes votes, passed.
