FINAL SETTLEMENT FOR HIGHWAY WORK

Notice is hereby given that the State Transportation Commission of Wyoming has accepted as completed according to plans, specifications and rules governing the same work performed under that certain contract between the State of Wyoming, acting through said Commission, and Kilgore Companies dba Lewis & Lewis, Inc. The Contractor, on Highway Project Number B183014 in Lincoln, Sweetwater, Teton and Uinta Counties, consisting of milling plant mix, bituminous pavement surfacing and miscellaneous work, and the Contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore; that the Director of the Department of Transportation will cause said Contractor to be paid the full amount due him under said contract on April 10, 2019.

The date of the first publication of this Notice is February 26, 2019.

WHEREAS, default in the payment of principal and interest has occurred under the terms of a promissory note (the “Note”) dated 06/20/2008 executed and delivered by Rodney Gene Reinholz and Mary C. NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE TRUST PROPERTY

The undersigned, as Successor Trustees of the Richard W. Salmela Family Trust dated July 30, 1993, as amended (the “Trust”), pursuant to Wyo. Stat. § 4-10-507(a)(iii), hereby give notice of the intent of the Successor Trustees to have the property of the settlor, Richard W. Salmela, distributed as permitted under the terms of the Trust.

All creditors and others interested in the Trust are hereby notified that Richard W. Salmela established the Trust on July 30, 1993, and subsequently amended and restated the Trust on September 3, 2013, and was the settlor of said Trust. The names and address of the Successor Trustees of the Trust are: Terry Barker and Kay Barker, of 1001 Uinta Street, Evanston, WY 82930.

Any creditors having a claim against the assets of the Trust shall file a claim in writing to the undersigned within one hundred twenty (120) days of the date of the first publication of this Notice. Any known creditors having a claim against the assets of the Trust shall file a claim in writing to the undersigned within one hundred twenty (120) days of the date of the mailing of this Notice. Said claim shall include: (1) the exact outstanding balance of the indebtedness that is claimed as being owed by the settlor or the Trust; (2) an itemization of the outstanding balance; and (3) the name and address of the person to whom communications regarding said claim shall be directed.

All creditors and others interested in the Trust are further notified that the time allowed for commencing a proceeding to contest the validity of the Trust or of the proposed distribution of the trustee is one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of the first publication of this Notice or, in the case of known creditors, the date of the mailing of this Notice. If a creditor or other interested person fails to file a claim or to commence a judicial proceeding to contest the validity of the Trust within the times provided herein, such creditor or other interested person are forever prohibited from making any claim against the assets of the Trust or commencing any judicial proceeding against the settlor or the assets of the settlor’s Trust.
