Notice is hereby given that the State Transportation Commission of Wyoming has accepted as completed according to plans, specifications and rules governing the same work performed under that certain contract between the State of Wyoming, acting through said Commission, and Streamline Markings, Inc., The Contractor, on Highway Project Number B203035 in Sublette, Sweetwater, and Teton Counties, consisting of installing epoxy pavement lines and miscellaneous work, and the Contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore; that the Director of the Department of Transportation will cause said Contractor to be paid the full amount due him under said contract on April 13, 2021.

SEALED BIDS for STREET CRACK SEAL improvements will be received by the City of Evanston at the Department of Public Works, 33 Allegiance Circle, Evanston, Wyoming; until 2:00 p.m., TUESDAY, MARCH 30, 2021 at which time any and all bids received will be opened and read aloud. WORK DESCRIPTION: 1) Routing, cleaning and drying cracks and filling cracks with an approved sealant.

Certified resident suppliers shall submit a list of supplies and materials, specific to the project, which qualify to receive preference along with company contact names and phone numbers. The Uinta County Commissioners met in regular session on March 2, 2021 in the commission chambers, 225 9th Street, Evanston, Wyoming and via an online Zoom Meeting. Chairman Eric South convened meeting at 2:00 p.m. Commissioner Mark Anderson and Commissioner Brent Hatch were present. Also present: Amanda Hutchinson, County Clerk; Doug Matthews, Sheriff; and Loretta Howieson, County Attorney.
Agenda
Motion Anderson, second Hatch to approve the agenda amended to include; Carl Larson with a Resolution, Doug Matthews with a contract, and Clay Baird with a contract. 3 yes votes, passed.
Climate Crisis Resolution
Motion Anderson, second Hatch to table a Resolution pending review by the County Attorney. 3 yes votes, passed. The potential resolution would oppose the implementation of Presidential Executive Order 14008 Dated January 27,2021, issued by President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. in which 30% of all land in the United States would be permanently set aside and maintained in a natural state. Energy development, forest management, livestock grazing, mineral exploration and development, and many recreational activities would be prohibited.
Property Insurance Amendment
Motion Anderson, second Hatch to approve an amendment to the Wyoming Association of Risk Management Property Insurance Joint Powers Board Agreement as requested by Amanda Hutchinson, County Clerk. 3 yes votes, passed.
Conflict of Interest Disclosure Statements
Motion Hatch, second Anderson to accept conflict of interest disclosure statements required by W.S. 6-5-118 that are completed and available for public inspection in the County Clerk’s Office as presented by Hutchinson. 3 yes votes, passed
Mosquito Drone
Motion Hatch, second Anderson to approve a joint resolution to SLIB requesting $11,113 of grant funds left over from a Fort Bridger Airport project be re-apportioned to aid in the purchase of a drone to assist with mosquito spraying as requested by Hutchinson in part of the process to ultimately re-allocate the funds again to a Search and Rescue drone rather than a mosquito drone. 3 yes votes, passed.
