WHEREAS, default in the payment of principal and interest has occurred under the terms of a promissory note (the “Note”) dated 11/30/2011 executed and delivered by Dallas Gunn to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. and a real estate mortgage (the “Mortgage”) of the same date securing the Note, which Mortgage was executed and delivered by Dallas Gunn and Whitney Gunn, Husband and Wife (the “Mortgagors”), to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., and which Mortgage was recorded on 12/01/2011, as Entry No. 157509 Book 974 Page 112-121 in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Uinta County, State of Wyoming; and

Commencing at the easterly corner of said Lot 6 and running thence in a northwesterly direction along the line between said lot and Main Street, a distance of 20 feet; thence in a southwesterly direction along a line parallel with the line dividing Lots 6 and 7, a distance of 100 feet to the alley; thence at right angles in a southeasterly direction along the line between said Lot 6 and the alley a distance of 20 feet to the corner of said Lot 6; thence at right angles in a northeasterly direction along the line between Lots 5 and 6 a distance of 100 feet to the place of beginning.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Uinta County Commissioners are requesting bids for a contract for the following work at the Sheriff’s Office.
The successful contractor(s) will be required to furnish all supervision, technical, personnel, labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and services, including utility and transportation services to perform and complete all services and materials as defined in the bid documents.

Sealed bids will be received at the Uinta County Clerk’s Office 225 9th St. Evanston, Wyoming until 2:00 P.M. local time, February 25, 2019. Bids should be marked on the outside “2019 Uinta County Sheriff’s Office Equipment Room” with the name and address of the bidder. Public opening of the bids will be on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. in the Uinta County EOC, 225 9th St. Evanston, Wyoming. Bidders are welcome to attend.
All projects over $150,000.00 shall be bonded therefore the successful bidder shall provide a 100% performance and payment bond. All projects over $7500.00 or less than $150,000.00 require a form of guarantee as approved by the county.
The Board of Uinta County Commissioners hereby notifies all bidders that minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, creed, or national origin.
Uinta County reserves the right to accept or reject any items or all items, any part or all parts, any section or all sections, any bid or all bids as stated in the specifications to waive any irregularities or informalities, or to re-bid or re-advertise for bids if it is determined to be necessary or desirable and reserve the right to let the bid in any manner it sees fit.
Uinta County will not be bound to accept the low bid, but rather the bid that is in the best interest of Uinta County.
