Evanston indoor track team did well at Simplot Games in Pocatello

More than 2,200 athletes descended on Pocatello, Idaho last week to compete in the 39th Annual Simplot Games. There were competitors from all over the U.S., Canada and even Australia who were there to compete in the nation's premier indoor track & Field event sponsored by J.R. Simplot Company.

Heading into the regionals, the Lady Red Devils knew they needed outstanding performances this past weekend when they faced two strong teams at home, Kelly Walsh and Natrona. On Friday, Evanston lost to the Kelly Walsh Trojans 37-36.
